In a large bowl, mix the flour, yeast, and sugar.

Add the water and olive oil, then mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
