  • 100 grams breadcrumbs
  • 500 grams cod fillets
  • 1 egg
  • 1 medium onion
  • 30 grams parsley
  • 400 grams potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 100 ml vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1
Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, then drain and mash them.
Step 2
Cook the cod fillets in boiling water for about 10 minutes, then drain and flake the fish.
Step 3
In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, flaked cod, chopped onion, parsley, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Step 4
Shape the mixture into patties and coat each patty with breadcrumbs.

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
