In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

Add taco seasoning and water to the beef. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Unroll crescent rolls and arrange triangles in a circle on a baking sheet, with the wide ends overlapping and the points facing outward.

Spoon the beef mixture onto the wide ends of the crescent rolls.

Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef.

Fold the points of the triangles over the filling and tuck under the wide ends to form a ring.
