Directions
Step 1
Soak the dried seaweed in water for about 10-15 minutes until it expands. Drain and cut into bite-sized pieces.

In a pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the sliced beef to the pot and cook until the beef is browned.

Add the soaked and cut seaweed to the pot. Stir well to combine with the beef and garlic.

Pour in the water and bring the soup to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 20-30 minutes.

Season with soy sauce and salt to taste. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
