  • 200 g cheddar cheese
  • 225 g cream cheese
  • 450 g sausage

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the sausage, cream cheese, baking mix, and shredded cheddar cheese.

Mix until all ingredients are well combined.

Form the mixture into small balls, approximately 2.5 cm in diameter.

Place the sausage balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
