  • 1 apple
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 50 g granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 150 g rolled oats
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 115 g unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix together the oats, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

In a separate bowl, beat the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
