  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp cloves
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 900 g ground pork
  • 1 onion
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 2 pie crusts
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 240 ml water

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Step 2
In a large skillet, cook the ground pork over medium heat until browned.
Step 3
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent.
Step 4
Stir in the cubed potatoes, water, salt, pepper, cinnamon, and ground cloves. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
Step 6
Line a pie dish with one of the pie crusts. Fill with the pork mixture, then cover with the second pie crust. Seal and crimp the edges.
Step 7
Cut slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
Step 8
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
Step 9
Let the pie cool for a few minutes before serving.
