Ingredients

  • 100 grams cheddar cheese
  • 500 grams chicken breast
  • 240 ml chicken broth
  • 100 grams chow mein noodles
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 50 grams green onions
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 200 grams pineapple chunks
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 30 ml soy sauce
  • 300 grams white rice

Directions

Step 1
In a large saucepan, combine the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth. Heat over medium heat until well combined.
Step 2
Add the cooked and shredded chicken breast to the saucepan. Stir and cook until heated through.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

While the chicken mixture is heating, cook the white rice according to package instructions.

To serve, place a scoop of cooked rice on a plate. Top with the chicken mixture.
