  • 1 cabbage
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 cup water

Directions

Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Step 2
Add the chopped onions and sauté until they are translucent.

Stir in the minced garlic and ginger, and cook for another minute.

Add the ground turmeric and cumin, and stir well to combine.

Add the chopped cabbage, potatoes, and carrots to the pot. Mix well.
