  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 120 grams breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 680 grams ground venison
  • 60 ml ketchup
  • 120 ml milk
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 15 ml Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix together the ground venison, finely chopped onion, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.

Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a lightly greased baking pan.

Spread the ketchup evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
Step 5
Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 70°C (160°F).
