  • 200 grams cheddar cheese
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 450 grams ground beef
  • 200 grams mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 450 grams pasta
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 680 grams tomato sauce

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
Step 2
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.

Add the chopped onion and green bell pepper to the skillet and cook until softened.

Stir in the tomato sauce, sliced mushrooms, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Combine the cooked pasta with the beef and vegetable mixture. Mix well.
