Ingredients

  • 100 grams black olives
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 500 ml milk
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 2 onions
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 4 potatoes
  • 500 grams salted cod

Directions

Step 1
Soak the salted cod in water for 24-48 hours, changing the water several times to remove excess salt.
Step 2
Boil the cod in milk for about 10 minutes until tender, then drain and set aside.
Step 3
In a large pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the onions and garlic until soft and golden.
Step 4
Add the sliced potatoes to the pan and cook until they begin to soften.
Step 5
Add the boiled cod to the pan and mix gently with the onions and potatoes.
Step 6
Stir in the black olives and cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 7
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and arrange the sliced hard-boiled eggs on top.
Step 8
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes, until the top is golden and crispy.
Step 9
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
