Ingredients

  • 500 g beef brisket
  • 1 eggplant
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 green chili
  • 1 onion
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 1 radish
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 50 g tamarind paste
  • 2 tomato
  • 1500 ml water
  • 100 g water spinach

Directions

Step 1
In a large pot, bring the water to a boil and add the beef brisket. Cook until the beef is tender.
Step 2
Add the tamarind paste, tomatoes, and onion to the pot. Continue to simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Add the radish and cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add the eggplant and green chili, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Step 5
Season with fish sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
Step 6
Finally, add the water spinach and cook for 1-2 minutes until wilted.
Step 7
Serve hot and enjoy your Beef Sinigang.
