  • 100 grams granulated sugar
  • 2 large egg whites
  • 60 ml milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 60 grams unsalted butter
  • 5 ml vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites, milk, and vanilla extract until combined.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
