Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 400 grams diced tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 400 grams kidney beans
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 900 grams stew meat
  • 800 grams tomato sauce

Directions

Step 1
In a large skillet, brown the stew meat over medium heat.
Step 2
Transfer the browned stew meat to a slow cooker.
Step 3
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.
Step 4
Transfer the onion and garlic to the slow cooker.
Step 5
Add the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, kidney beans, chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt, and black pepper to the slow cooker.
Step 6
Stir to combine all ingredients.
