  • 300 g fresh raspberries
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 100 g sugar
  • 60 ml water

Directions

Step 1
In a medium saucepan, combine raspberries, sugar, lemon juice, and water.

Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the raspberries break down and the mixture thickens, about 10-15 minutes.

Remove from heat and let the sauce cool slightly.

For a smooth sauce, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds. For a chunkier sauce, leave as is.
