  • 7 grams active dry yeast
  • 600 grams bread flour
  • 50 grams grated Parmesan cheese
  • 15 grams Italian herbs
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 10 grams salt
  • 50 grams sliced black olives
  • 25 grams sugar
  • 50 grams sun-dried tomatoes
  • 300 ml warm water

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the bread flour, sugar, salt, and Italian herbs.

In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes.

Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Punch down the dough and roll it out into a large rectangle.

Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese, sliced black olives, and sun-dried tomatoes evenly over the dough.

Roll up the dough tightly and shape it into a ring, sealing the ends together.
