  • 30 ml bourbon
  • 200 g brown sugar
  • 240 ml corn syrup
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g pecan halves
  • 1 pie crust
  • 1 g salt
  • 60 g unsalted butter
  • 10 ml vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).

Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and crimp the edges.

Spread the pecan halves evenly over the bottom of the pie crust.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, eggs, bourbon, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
