Ingredients

  • 100 grams black olives
  • 300 grams cheddar cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 green onions
  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 200 grams nacho chips
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 200 grams sour cream
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 0.5 cup water

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Step 2
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Step 3
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is soft.
Step 4
Stir in the taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 5
In a casserole dish, layer half of the nacho chips, followed by half of the beef mixture, half of the shredded cheese, and half of the salsa.
Step 6
Repeat the layers with the remaining nacho chips, beef mixture, cheese, and salsa.
Step 7
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Step 8
Remove from the oven and top with sour cream, green onions, and black olives.
Step 9
Serve hot and enjoy!
