  • 4 pieces carrots
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 pieces potatoes
  • 1 piece red bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 pieces zucchini

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and dried thyme.

Add the carrots, potatoes, red bell pepper, and zucchinis to the bowl. Toss to coat the vegetables evenly with the oil and seasoning mixture.
