  • 400 g pumpkin puree

  • 240 ml whole milk

Directions

Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, sugar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground nutmeg, and salt. Mix well until the sugar is dissolved.

In another bowl, whisk together the heavy cream and whole milk until well combined.
