  • 1 avocado
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 60 ml chili sauce
  • 450 g crab meat
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 green onions
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 ml hot sauce
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 240 ml mayonnaise
  • 1 romaine lettuce
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 5 ml Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, chili sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to form the Louie dressing.
Step 2
Arrange the chopped romaine lettuce on a large serving platter.
Step 3
Evenly distribute the crab meat, diced tomatoes, sliced cucumber, quartered hard-boiled eggs, avocado slices, and chopped green onions over the lettuce.
Step 4
Drizzle the Louie dressing over the top of the salad.
Step 5
