Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 20 Roma tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°F (93°C).
Step 2
Slice the Roma tomatoes in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
Step 3
Place the tomatoes cut side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 4
Sprinkle the tomatoes with salt, dried oregano, and garlic powder.
Step 5
Drizzle the tomatoes with olive oil.
Step 6
Bake the tomatoes in the preheated oven for 4-6 hours, or until they are dried but still slightly pliable.
Step 7
Allow the tomatoes to cool completely before storing them in an airtight container.
