Ingredients

  • 4 slices bacon
  • 200 g baked beans
  • 2 slices black pudding
  • 2 slices bread
  • 20 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 4 sausages
  • 2 tomatoes

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Step 2
Place the sausages and black pudding on a baking tray and cook in the oven for 20 minutes, turning halfway through.
Step 3
While the sausages and black pudding are cooking, heat 1 tbsp of oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
Step 4
Add the bacon to the frying pan and cook until crispy. Remove and set aside.
Step 5
In the same pan, add the mushrooms and cook until soft. Remove and set aside.
Step 6
Add the remaining oil to the pan and cook the tomatoes for 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside.
Step 7
In a small saucepan, heat the baked beans over low heat until warmed through.
Step 8
In another pan, melt the butter and fry the eggs to your liking.
Step 9
Toast the bread to your preference.
Step 10
Assemble all cooked ingredients on a plate and serve hot.
