  • 100 g breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 fish fillets
  • 50 g flour
  • 1 lemon
  • olive oil spray
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (390°F).
Step 2
Season the fish fillets with salt and black pepper.
Step 3
Dredge the fish fillets in flour, shaking off any excess.
Step 4
Beat the eggs in a shallow dish. Dip the floured fish fillets into the beaten eggs.
Step 5
Coat the fish fillets with breadcrumbs, pressing them gently to adhere.
Step 6
Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray.
Step 7
Place the breaded fish fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Step 8
Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Step 9
Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
