  • 95 grams all-purpose flour
  • 100 grams brown sugar
  • 100 grams chocolate chips
  • 45 grams cocoa powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 grams granulated sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 115 grams unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a mini muffin tin.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, then remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Step 3
In a large bowl, mix the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and melted butter until well combined.

Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the sugar mixture and mix until smooth.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Fold in the chocolate chips.

Spoon the batter into the prepared mini muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
