  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 450 g Northern white beans
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1500 ml vegetable broth

Directions

Step 1
Rinse and sort the Northern white beans. Place them in the slow cooker.
Step 2
Add the chopped onion, carrots, celery, and minced garlic to the slow cooker.
Step 3
Pour in the vegetable broth and add the bay leaf, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.

Stir the ingredients to combine.
