  • 2 bay leaves
  • 500 ml beef broth
  • 900 grams beef chuck
  • 0.5 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 chorizo
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 150 grams green peas
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 400 grams tomato sauce

Directions

Step 1
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add garlic and onion, and sauté until fragrant.

Add the beef chunks and chorizo slices to the pot. Cook until the beef is browned on all sides.

Pour in the tomato sauce, beef broth, and soy sauce. Add bay leaves. Stir to combine.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 1 hour or until the beef is tender.

Add the carrots, potatoes, and red bell pepper. Continue to simmer for 20-25 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
