  • 1000 ml chicken broth
  • 3 eggs
  • 60 g Parmesan cheese
  • 15 g parsley
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 15 g semolina flour

Directions

Step 1
In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, semolina flour, salt, and black pepper.

Slowly pour the egg mixture into the boiling broth, stirring constantly to create thin strands of egg.
