  • 1.5 kg beef brisket
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F).

Place the beef brisket in a large baking dish or roasting pan.

Sprinkle the brisket with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Place the sliced onion on top of the brisket.
