  • 120 grams all-purpose flour
  • 10 grams baking powder
  • 120 grams cornmeal
  • 1 egg
  • 8 hot dogs
  • 240 ml milk
  • 5 grams salt
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 30 ml vegetable oil
  • 8 wooden skewers

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2
Insert wooden skewers into each hot dog and set aside.

In a large bowl, mix together the cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, whisk the egg, milk, and vegetable oil.

Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and stir until smooth.

Dip each hot dog into the batter, coating it evenly.
