  • 900 g baby potatoes
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

Directions

Step 1
Wash and halve the baby potatoes.

Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the halved potatoes to the skillet, cut side down.
