Step 1
Preheat the oven to 160°C (325°F).
Step 2
Place the ham in a roasting pan and score the surface in a diamond pattern.

In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, ground cloves, and pineapple juice to make the glaze.
Step 4
Brush half of the glaze over the ham.
Step 5
Cover the ham with aluminum foil and bake for 1.5 hours.
Step 6
Remove the foil and brush the remaining glaze over the ham.
Step 7
Return the ham to the oven and bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until the surface is caramelized and the internal temperature reaches 60°C (140°F).

Let the ham rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
