  • 1 celery
  • 450 grams cooked shrimp
  • 450 grams crab meat
  • 2 green onions
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 60 ml ketchup
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 1 head lettuce
  • 240 ml mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 15 ml Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the crab meat and cooked shrimp.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice.
Step 3
Add the chopped green onions and celery to the crab and shrimp mixture.
Step 4
Pour the dressing over the seafood mixture and gently toss to coat.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Step 6
Serve the seafood salad on a bed of torn lettuce leaves.
