  • 120 g dark chocolate chips
  • 120 ml honey
  • 240 ml milk
  • 240 g peanut butter
  • 240 g protein powder
  • 240 g rolled oats
  • 5 ml vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats and protein powder.
Step 2
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the milk, peanut butter, and honey. Microwave for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until the mixture is warm and can be easily stirred together.
Step 3
Pour the warmed mixture into the dry ingredients. Add the vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
Step 4
Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
Step 5
Press the mixture evenly into a lined baking dish. Ensure it is tightly packed.
Step 6
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
Step 7
Cut into bars and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
