Ingredients

  • 15 g brown sugar
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 15 ml ketchup
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • 4 pork chops
  • 60 ml soy sauce
  • 30 ml vegetable oil
  • 5 ml Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Step 1
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, vegetable oil, lemon juice, brown sugar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, and ground black pepper.
Step 2
Place pork chops in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the pork chops, making sure they are well coated.
Step 3
Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
Step 4
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
Step 5
Remove pork chops from the marinade and place them in a baking dish.
Step 6
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 63°C (145°F).
Step 7
Serve the pork chops hot with your favorite side dishes.
