A simple and quick salami sandwich recipe perfect for a light meal or snack.
Directions
Step 1
Spread mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.
Step 2
Spread mustard on the other side of each bread slice.
Step 3
Place 4 slices of salami on two of the bread slices.
Step 4
Add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of the salami.
Step 5
Layer a lettuce leaf and tomato slices on top of the cheese.
Step 6
Top with the remaining bread slices, mayonnaise side down.
Step 7
Cut each sandwich in half and serve.
