Ingredients

  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 cups broccoli
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 0.5 cup soy sauce
  • 0.5 cup water

Directions

Step 1
In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, water, cornstarch, and sesame oil. Set aside.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Add minced garlic and ginger to the pan, and stir-fry for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Step 4
Add broccoli, carrot, bell pepper, and snow peas to the pan, and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender but still crisp.
Step 5
Pour the sauce mixture over the vegetables and stir well to coat. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Step 6
Serve the stir-fry hot, optionally over cooked rice or noodles.
