Boil the potatoes in water until tender. Drain and mash until smooth. Let cool.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, milk, melted butter, sugar, and salt.

In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast in 60 ml of warm water and let it sit for about 5 minutes.

Add the yeast mixture to the potato mixture and stir well.

Gradually add the flour, one cup at a time, until a soft dough forms.

Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
