In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast.

Add warm water, milk, and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Mix well until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until it doubles in size.

Punch down the dough and divide it into small portions. Shape each portion into a ball.

Roll each ball in bread crumbs, then place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Cover the dough balls with a damp cloth and let them rise for another 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Bake the rolls for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
