  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 15 g cornstarch
  • 60 ml ketchup
  • 240 ml pineapple juice
  • 60 ml rice vinegar
  • 15 ml soy sauce
  • 30 ml water

Directions

Step 1
In a medium saucepan, combine the pineapple juice, rice vinegar, ketchup, brown sugar, and soy sauce.
Step 2
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch and water until smooth.
Step 4
Gradually add the cornstarch mixture to the saucepan, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
