Directions
Step 1
Place the sun-dried tomatoes in a bowl and cover with hot water. Let soak for 10 minutes to soften, then drain.

In a food processor, combine the soaked sun-dried tomatoes, olive oil, grated Parmesan cheese, pine nuts, garlic cloves, and fresh basil leaves.

Blend the mixture until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Blend again briefly to combine.
