  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 60 ml milk
  • 425 g pumpkin puree
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 120 ml vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.

In a large bowl, beat the eggs, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add the pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, and milk, and mix until well combined.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
