  • 0.5 cup bell pepper
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese
  • 12 egg whites
  • 0.5 cup onion
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 cup spinach

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, combine egg whites, chopped spinach, diced bell pepper, finely chopped onion, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper.
Step 3
Pour the egg white mixture evenly into the muffin tin cups.
Step 4
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the egg whites are set and slightly golden on top.
Step 5
Allow the egg white bites to cool for a few minutes before removing them from the muffin tin. Serve warm or store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
