  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 500 g radishes
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).

Wash the radishes thoroughly and cut them in half.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix the radishes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until well coated.
Step 4
Spread the radishes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Step 5
Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the radishes are tender and golden brown, stirring halfway through cooking.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
