  • 1500 ml beef broth
  • 500 grams beef stew meat
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 3 carrots
  • 3 celery stalks
  • 400 grams diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 150 grams frozen corn
  • 150 grams frozen peas
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 onion
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
In a slow cooker, combine beef stew meat, chopped carrots, celery, potatoes, and onion.
Step 2
Add minced garlic, beef broth, diced tomatoes, frozen peas, and frozen corn.
Step 3
Season with bay leaf, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
Step 4
Stir all ingredients together to combine.
Step 5
Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours, until the beef is tender and vegetables are cooked through.
