Ingredients

  • 2 g black pepper
  • 400 g diced tomatoes
  • 230 g elbow macaroni
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 450 g ground beef
  • 5 g Italian seasoning
  • 1 onion
  • 10 g paprika
  • 5 g salt
  • 15 ml soy sauce
  • 680 g tomato sauce
  • 240 ml water

Directions

Step 1
In a large skillet or pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
Step 2
Add the chopped onion and green bell pepper to the skillet, and cook until they are tender, about 5 minutes.
Step 3
Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Step 4
Pour in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and water. Stir to combine.
Step 5
Add the uncooked elbow macaroni, soy sauce, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Step 6
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally.
Step 7
Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley or grated cheese if desired.
