  • 200 g brown sugar
  • 115 g butter
  • 115 g cream cheese
  • 1 eggs
  • 130 g flour
  • 120 g pecans
  • 5 ml vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth.

Add the flour and mix until a dough forms.

Shape the dough into 1-inch balls and press them into the cups of a mini muffin tin, making sure to press the dough up the sides to form a shell.

In another bowl, mix the brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Stir in the chopped pecans.

Spoon the pecan mixture into the dough shells, filling each one almost to the top.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.
