  • 50 grams butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 4 peaches
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Wash and halve the peaches, removing the pits.
Step 3
Place the peach halves in a baking dish, cut side up.
Step 4
Sprinkle the peaches with sugar and cinnamon.
Step 5
Dot the peaches with small pieces of butter.
Step 6
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the peaches are tender and the tops are caramelized.

While the peaches are baking, whip the heavy cream with vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
