Ingredients

  • 120 g all-purpose flour
  • 20 g cilantro
  • 2 egg
  • 30 ml fermented bean paste
  • 60 ml hoisin sauce
  • 15 ml oil
  • 2 scallions
  • 10 g sesame seeds
  • 240 ml water

Directions

Step 1
In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour and water until smooth to create the batter.
Step 2
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil.
Step 3
Pour a ladle of the batter into the pan and spread it out evenly to form a thin crepe.
Step 4
Crack one egg onto the crepe and spread it out evenly. Sprinkle chopped scallions and cilantro on top.
Step 5
Cook for 1-2 minutes until the egg is set. Flip the crepe carefully.
Step 6
Spread a thin layer of hoisin sauce and fermented bean paste on the crepe.
Step 7
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and roll the crepe up.
Step 8
Repeat the process with the remaining batter and ingredients.
